Don't worry. Cook happy!

I am a firm believer in not stressing when you are cooking. Cooking should be as enjoyable as it is rewarding. There really are some rules/situations that are pretty strict and not bendable like cooking temps for poultry and some ingredients that are really shouldn't be substituted by something else, but I feel in cooking you can really get away with a lot. Don't stress about it! It's like art, you can make adjustments and it'll still be wonderful!



If you have a question, ask me and I'll happily try to find you a suitable solution. I'm really good at work-arounds and look forward to the challenge. If not, maybe wait till the situation is right to proceed. But don't let something like a missing ingredient or not having the right tool stop you from cooking and making something delicious. Don't let it stop you from valuable time spent cooking together with someone. And in the end, eating together!

It's going to be fine and you'll be rewarded by the experience, with laughter and a tasty treat in the end. You've got this!
